The four-season process began at the end of the 2014 regular season.
Nick Ulivieri is a Chicago-based photographer with a lifelong love for the Cubs. But Wrigley Field is undergoing a four season renovation and Nick realized to his dismay that he didn't get many photos of the legendary Chicago institution.
On his website, he explains his current project: "Despite being a fan all my life, I’m sad to say I have very few photographs of Wrigley ‘the way it was’. Now, my goal is to capture ‘how it will be."
So Nick got in touch with a Chicago helicopter tourism company and proceeded to document the transformation from above.
The bleachers have been removed as a part of the first phase of renovations.
