I don’t know the ~truth~, but it seems pretty obvious to me that everything in this town was made of pot.
First of all, it's obvious that the dog was super stoned. Why else would he be wagging his tail and rolling over like that?
And they were definitely ALL on something because one second they are in a normal home and then they just end up INSIDE A BOOK and the dog fades into a rainbow.
And then this lady appears who clearly hasn't showered in days.
AND DANCES LIKE THIS. (An obvious rave girl)
