This is the presidential lounge at the Sochi Olympics. You'll notice that there is no visible construction going on, and all of the walls are completely finished.

Plus, you can't deny that there is plenty of fresh, clean water available on one of this room's tables.
Not to mention that that sign is written in perfect english.

And just look at all those lightbulbs! There are probably more lightbulbs here than there are people.
And none of these people are having light fixtures fall on their heads.
