It was Cheryl Cole's birthday yesterday and it seems that her only wish was to make her frenemy Simon Cowell look a little bit silly.
She posted this image on Instagram last night as The X Factor crew made their way to Scotland. She captioned it: "Birthday selfies on the way to Edinburgh. yes. That is Simon in a blue party hat," with a series of crying-with-laughter emojis.

Also, Cheryl's rumoured new boyfriend, the brilliantly named, insanely hot French guy Jean Bernard "JB" Fernandez-Versini is also in the photo.
We're taking this to mean that he spent the day with her, and is following her around the country during X Factor filming, and is basically going to marry her and have insanely beautiful babies.
