Loads Of MPs Are Currently Emailing Each Other About Their Dogs

BuzzFeed News got hold of some of these emails.


First up there Cholmeley, who's best mates with Conservative MP David Burrowes, won Hadley Wood's Waggiest Tail competition in 2012 and has been in the top three in the last two years.

On his manifesto page, it says that he's ready to overcome his "fear of great heights" and climb to the top of the podium.


Some owners, however, were more keen. Buster's pitch to voters got sent out five days ago.

Note that whoever sent the email from Tory MP for Romford, Andrew Rosindell's, office changed the signature to make sure it seemed like it was an impassioned plea from Buster the dog.


Sausage's email was sent out five days ago too. He's campaigning on a platform of being "cute".

Tory MP Laurence Robertson's dog is a little more serious when describing his "canine curriculum".


In his manifesto, he says: "I'm against puppy farming; all dogs should be brought up as I am. They should be microchipped as I am. I also campaign to protect guide dogs from attack."
