Stephanie Robesky, a 39-year-old San Francisco entrepreneur, scored a reservation earlier this month to a restaurant called Noma in Tokyo to celebrate her birthday.

Robesky was lucky enough to score a reservation out of 60,000 applicants for a seat at the restaurant — a pop-up at the Mandarin Oriental in Tokyo by Rene Redzepi, one of the most influential chefs in the world. He is the purveyor of Michelin-rated Noma in Copenhagen, the highest-rated restaurant in the world.

The only problem? The reservation was for two, and Robesky is single.
