This Dad Wrote A Touching Rap For His Disabled Son And It Will Melt Your Heart

Eight-year-old Jared Correia suffered a stroke in utero, and was born with epilepsy, cerebral palsy and hydrocephalus. He is blind, mute and physically disabled. But, he loves music. His dad, Jayce, decided to write him this rap celebrating his strength.
