These Are The Best And Worst Fast Food Kids' Meals

Hint: It’s a “no” for Dairy Queen’s 1,080 calorie option.

According to The American Heart Association, kids aged four through eight should eat only 1200-1400 calories per day, while kids aged nine through thirteen should eat just 1600-1800.

Lowest calorie option: Chicken McNuggets, Apple Juice, Apple Slices, and Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt.


Highest calorie option: Cheeseburger, Chocolate Milk, Kids' Fries, and Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt.


Did you know? Fries are a default side in a Happy Meal, but you can skip the fries and get apples and yogurt as the two sides if you ask.
