Butter tarts are a traditional Canadian baked good, which is just one more thing Canada’s got all figured out.

Here's a butter tart. It's fabulous looking, no?

All you need to make a butter tart is a pastry shell and some butter, sugar, syrup, eggs, and maybe some raisins.
