Every year in Brooklyn, things get verrrrrry extravagant. Over one million (ONE MILLION) people were anticipated for the 46th Annual West Indian Day Parade, celebrating Caribbean culture. There were sadly some instances of mischief , but it didn’t seem to put a damper on the festivities!
