The huge carpet python took six hours to devour the cat-sized flying fox. Wings ‘n’ all.
This is the terrifying moment a black flying fox was eaten alive by a 1.5m carpet python in Howard Springs, NT.
Yep, there it goes.

Park ranger Louise Kean was going for a walk on her property when she spotted the stomach-churning sight, The NT News reports. She says the 1.5m snake took six hours to finish "the last mouthful of wingtip".
Mmmm...wingtip..

Ms Kean told The NT News, “It was incredible to see the snake’s contortions to feed itself the bat. It was like wringing out a towel, that’s how the python used its body to squeeze the bat into a snake-sized snack".
"Just the bat for me thanks, I'm watching my figure"
Louise Kean
Anyone else hungry for a midnight bat-snack?
