CNN panelist and lawyer Richard Herman said Chelsea Manning, the 25-year-old army private formerly known as Bradley Manning who was sentenced to 35 years in prison for leaking Iraq and Afghanistan war event logs, would get “good practice” at being a woman while in prison.
