Better late than never.
Marie Hunt from Spring Green, Wisconsin has finally fulfilled a 90 year dream, receiving an honourary high school diploma at age 103.
Hunt, rocking a graduation robe and mortarboard, was presented with her diploma at the assisted living facility where she lives, as her fellow residents watched on.
She dropped out of school in the 1920s when she was in the eighth grade, telling Fox2Now living in the country made going to school too difficult.
After dropping out, Hunt used the time to take care of her eight younger siblings. However not finishing high school and getting her diploma was always a regret and something she wanted to cross off her bucket list
